Firstly, ensure that you have a business.facebook.com account. If you do not already have one, simply follow the steps in this guide from Facebook before moving on to the instructions below: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1710077379203657
Steps to Add W3 Productions as a Manager for Your Facebook/Meta Advertising Account
Step 1: Go to Business Settings (https://business.facebook.com/settings/).
Step 2: Select Your Business: If you manage multiple businesses, choose the appropriate one.
Step 3: Navigate to Partners: In the left sidebar under Users, click on Partners.
Step 4: In the area on the right hand side, choose option A (see notes in red above) which is Partner to share assets with. This grant us permission to manage your existing assets (e.g., Pages or ads).
Step 5: Enter our info as your partner (see screenshot below). Contact name: Nick Cheah. Contact email: nick@w3productions.com.au. Business portfolio ID: 1620634861835503. Enter the Partnership info as you see in the screenshot below. Click Next: Request asset types.
Step 6: Assign Business Assets:
- In the menu on the left, select Ad accounts (see image below).
- In the screen on the right, select Manage ad accounts under Full control.
- Click on Next: Confirm and review.
Step 7: Click on “Save changes”. W3 Productions will now have visibility of your assigned business assets.
